Raffaello exhibition in Urbino


For lovers of art and culture the Castello di Granarola has decided to propose the exhibition dedicated to Raffaello in Urbino, Capital of the Renaissance and city of the divine painter and “semimillenary”.

Raffaello, a genius who found in Urbino that “culture environment” that allowed him to become what he was.

To celebrate the 500th anniversary from his death, there is an exhibition entitled “Raffaello and the friends of Urbino”, with his 19 works, at the Galleria Nazionale delle Marche in the Palazzo Ducale in Urbino.

The exhibition contextualizes the transformation of Italian figurative culture between the fourteenth and fifteenth centuries and it’s possible to visit until January 19th 2020.

Urbino is just 20 km from the Castello di Granarola.
