In Mondaino, on the hills of the Foglia river valley in the Rimini’s province, on 17 and 24 November there is “Fossa, Tartufo e Venere”. In this event you can taste the black and white truffle and the fossa cheese of the Rimini hills.
In the central street of the village there will be artisans who will demonstrate their art.
Instead in Acqualagna, in the Natural Reserve of the Gola del Furlo in the province of Pesaro and Urbino, there is the “Fiera Nazionale del Tartufo bianco” on 27 October and 1, 2, 3, 9 and 10 November. It is the capital of the truffle since two / thirds of the national production is destined for different countries of the world.
